This site is dedicated to the principle that all scripture is inspired by God.

 

2 Timothy 3:16-17 "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work."

 

  The scripture is the best source of commentary on itself. Personal opinions should be secondary to the Truth in scripture. If our opinions differ from scripture, then our opinions are incorrect. We must learn to accept God's opinion. If we claim anything different from scripture in our opinions, then we are claiming to know better than God. All of the studies that you will find on this site use scripture as the basis.

   The principle taught throughout the Bible is that we cannot add to or take away from God's word. It is important that we consider not only one passage at a time, but also the entire story even the entire book to see the entire teaching in the  BIble. Scripture is not contradictory of itself in teaching. Also we must realize that many teach truths from God's word but don't teach all truths in the bible. This is as much an error as teaching an untruth. Let us strive always to teach all the truth.
